Description
The role leads and develops process-engineering teams for co-manufacturing vendors while providing technical governance and standardization for injection molding processes. Responsibilities include improving cycle time, output, tool quality, and throw-off; delivering technical training; managing OH and cost savings; establishing Lean and continuous-improvement practices; and coordinating with production, quality, engineering, and tooling teams. The position requires an engineering background with hands-on injection-molding experience, knowledge of the Scientifix Molding Method, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and project-management capacity.
