Description
T1 Energy is hiring a Process Manager to lead process engineering at its G2 solar cell fab in Rockdale, Texas. The role owns TOPCon cell process development, integration, optimization, stability, and continuous improvement; leads a team of process engineers; establishes process baselines and control plans; partners with equipment, metrology, quality, R&D, and device engineering; and leads root-cause analysis and technology transfer. The position requires a PhD or MS in a relevant field, at least 10 years of solar cell fabrication process engineering experience, deep TOPCon expertise, hands-on experience with advanced deposition and diffusion toolsets, and experience managing process engineering teams in high-volume manufacturing.
