Flex is hiring a newly created full-time Production Engineering Manager to lead and develop a team of process engineers and technicians responsible for SMT manufacturing processes and continuous improvement. The role establishes manufacturing process capabilities, improves capacity, throughput, quality, reliability, and cost, develops engineering documentation and performance metrics, leads cross-functional problem-solving, and manages engineering talent. It requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related technical field or equivalent experience and training, typically seven years of engineering experience including leadership, and experience in high-volume electronics manufacturing and SMT processes is strongly preferred.
