Description
Kanadevia Inova is seeking a senior engineering leader to join its unit management team and serve as deputy for related functional areas. The role will define and implement departmental strategy, represent engineering externally, lead a multidisciplinary engineering team, support project execution and tendering, manage budgets and resources, ensure delivery within quality and cost standards, and drive HSE compliance and employee development. The position requires several years of engineering experience, plant engineering and project execution expertise, multidisciplinary team leadership, strong commercial and project-management skills, and excellent English communication.
