AbbVie is seeking a Continuous Improvement Manager to lead complex process-improvement and change-management initiatives, establish project governance, drive lean Six Sigma and continuous-improvement adoption, manage resources and project outcomes, and coach multidisciplinary teams. The role requires a bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, economics, business management, or a related field, eight years of experience in operations, quality, financial management, or supply chain management, and hands-on experience with lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, advanced planning and control, change management, project leadership, and SAP/JDA or similar systems.
