Applied Materials is hiring a full-time Process Engineer in Hiroshima, Japan, to provide on-site customer support, diagnose and repair complex semiconductor equipment, develop manufacturing processes, conduct hypothesis and design-of-experiments work, analyze data, troubleshoot root causes, and communicate with customers and internal stakeholders. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical field and 4–7 years of experience in the semiconductor fab or equipment industry; a master’s degree or PhD is preferred.
