The Procurement Manager leads intermediate- to experienced-level procurement professionals and manages procurement strategy, RFPs, negotiations, cost accountability, vendor selection, supplier master data, purchase orders, contracts, pricing, manufacturing processes, delivery coordination, and client issues. The role requires practical knowledge of leading work-area processes, broad technical or professional discipline knowledge, and either a university degree with 12 years of relevant experience or an advanced degree with 12 years of experience.
