Textron Systems is hiring a Manager, Tactical Procurement to lead and manage a team of Tactical Buyers responsible for high-value and tactical commodity material acquisition. The role oversees supply-base quality, delivery schedules, cost performance, supplier development, procurement compliance, negotiations, and performance metrics, while collaborating with program, engineering, executive, and other supply-chain functions. The position is based in Hunt Valley, Maryland, with up to 25% travel, and requires an undergraduate degree, at least five years of related experience, defense and commercial procurement knowledge, ITAR eligibility, and the ability to obtain a Secret-level clearance.
