Description
The Procurement Manager will manage sourcing exercises, market analysis, tender documentation, supplier evaluation and commercial recommendations; lead negotiations within delegated authority; oversee supplier onboarding, due diligence, performance, spend and contractual risks; manage requisitions, purchase orders and quotations; advise stakeholders on procurement policy and commercial matters; analyse procurement data and reporting; and provide guidance and quality review for Procurement Support Officers. The role requires 5–7 years of relevant procurement, sourcing or supplier-management experience, stakeholder and supplier-management experience, a bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline, and preferably experience in banking, financial services or a regulated environment, along with a recognised procurement or supply-chain qualification.
