Description
Garner is hiring a Manager, Product Applied Science to lead a 4–6 person Applied Science team responsible for production algorithmic systems in population health. The role owns the team’s roadmap and delivery, sets technical direction across machine learning, optimization, heuristics, and expert systems, defines and validates metrics, and delivers algorithmic improvements in provider tiering, AI primary care, and member engagement. The position is based in Garner’s New York City Financial District office with three days per week in the office and requires 6+ years of relevant industry experience or 4+ years with a relevant advanced degree.
