Description
The Lead Associate - Product Owner leads the definition, prioritisation, and delivery of high-value digital and technology products across Davies’ UK&I division. The role owns product backlogs, translates customer needs into user stories and requirements, guides Scrum teams through Agile ceremonies, supports product strategy and roadmap development, and mentors Associate Product Owners. It also contributes to product quality, analytics, prototyping, and the organisation’s product community of practice.
