Description
New Relic is hiring an on-site Design Manager for its Hyderabad team to lead design for Application Performance Monitoring and Log Management products. The role manages a small design team, owns design quality, represents user needs in product and engineering discussions, partners with product and engineering teams across time zones, helps the team use AI tools, contributes individual contributor design work when needed, and supports hiring and alignment with the broader design organization. The position requires at least 8 years of product design experience, 2–4 years of direct people management, experience working across time zones, strong English communication, and a portfolio demonstrating the design process.
