Description
CGC is seeking a Manager, Product Development to design, develop, and deploy clean energy and sustainable infrastructure solutions focused on building decarbonization, on-site solar, distributed energy resources, energy efficiency, electrification, and related financing tools. The role manages the full product lifecycle from market discovery through pilot implementation, launch, and continuous improvement, working across engineering, operations, policy, communications, finance, and capital deployment to ensure scalable, equitable, and mission-aligned programs. The position requires a bachelor’s degree, 5+ years of related experience, strong analytical and stakeholder skills, and familiarity with clean energy economics, project development, and tools like Jira or Salesforce. Compensation includes a salary of $117,715 to $132,549 annually plus bonus and benefits.
