Description
Managerial engineering role leading a New Product Development team within a Wet Etch & Cleans Engineering organization. The position oversees development of liquid filtration products for advanced semiconductor applications from concept through commercialization, sets technical direction, manages cross-functional execution, develops engineering talent, and communicates program status and risks to senior stakeholders. It requires a relevant advanced technical degree, people leadership, semiconductor or advanced materials product development experience, project and portfolio management, statistical analysis, DOE, product qualification, and proficiency with tools such as Minitab, JMP, or Power BI.
