Description
NVIDIA is hiring a Manager to lead the HBM Product Development team within its Operations organization. The role manages product development engineers through NPI, manufacturing ramp, and high-volume production; partners with HBM vendors and cross-functional teams to resolve yield, reliability, and manufacturing failures; leads yield improvement and supplier quality initiatives; and establishes data analysis, automation, and statistical monitoring frameworks. The position requires an electrical engineering degree or equivalent experience, at least 8 years of memory product development or engineering experience, 3+ years of technical leadership, and expertise in HBM architecture, ATE characterization, Python/C/C++, and statistical data modeling. The base salary range is 200,000 USD to 322,000 USD, with equity and benefits, and applications were accepted through September 1, 2026.
