Factor_ is hiring a Manager, Product Innovation Enablement (PIE) to lead cross-functional supply-chain enablement for product innovation, new ingredient launches, sampling and in-bento partnerships, operational readiness, and launch project management. The role combines strategic product-roadmap support with tactical execution, coordinates with product, production, automation, engineering, and partnerships teams, manages program and project-management processes, and supports continuous improvement of the operating model. It is a hybrid position available in Boulder, Colorado; New York City; Chicago; Aurora, Illinois; or Lake Zurich, Illinois, with pay ranges of $96,000–$125,000 USD in New York and $90,000–$116,000 USD in Colorado and Illinois.
