Mastercard is seeking a Manager, Product Integration to lead end-to-end product integration and service-design initiatives across its Delivery & Care teams. The role coordinates with product owners, technology teams, B2B support teams, and regional stakeholders to simplify complex processes, identify automation opportunities, support mergers and acquisitions, localize products, train teams, and improve global product standards and customer experiences. The position requires experience with processing programs, payment ecosystems, complex matrixed initiatives, and analytical problem-solving, with project-management and process-design certifications preferred.
