Versant is hiring a Manager, Production & Technical Operations to lead day-to-day operational leadership and execution of live television productions. The role manages studio and control room staffing, operational readiness, crews, production resources, and real-time coordination with editorial, engineering, broadcast operations, NOC/MOC, facilities, and other partners. It also involves coaching production personnel and improving staffing models, workflows, procedures, documentation, and production technologies. The position is primarily on-site in Englewood Cliffs, New Jersey, with possible work from Versant’s New York production facilities and periodic travel, and requires a flexible schedule including evenings, overnights, weekends, holidays, and short-notice assignments.
