Description
Kautex is seeking a Production Center Manager to oversee a manufacturing center and drive safety, quality, productivity, cost reduction, customer relationships, standardized work, lean and Six Sigma processes, production planning, audits, EHS and quality compliance, and personnel development. The role requires an engineering or comparable university degree, at least three years of management experience, two to three years leading a center, one year of commercial experience, knowledge of production planning and HR tools, IT skills including SAP, and English language skills.
