Description
The Plant Center Manager is responsible for overseeing a production center’s safety, quality, productivity, cost, customer relationships, launches, audits, production planning, logistics, investments, and personnel development. The role requires a university degree in engineering or a comparable qualification, at least three years of management experience, two to three years leading a center, one year of commercial experience, knowledge of production planning and HR tools, IT skills including SAP, and English language skills.
