Cyncly is hiring a Manager, Professional Services for a permanent full-time remote role in Canada or the United States. The manager will lead consultants and project managers, manage revenue and utilization KPIs, oversee customer implementations, plan capacity and staffing, standardize processes, support career development, and collaborate with regional and global stakeholders. The role requires professional-services or consulting management experience, business and operational KPI experience, capacity planning and staffing experience, external customer-facing services experience, process-building experience, English fluency, and remote collaboration experience. Enterprise software implementations, manufacturing, and wood or furniture production experience are preferred. The expected salary is $120,000–$160,000 USD, with possible bonuses, commissions, and benefits; employer sponsorship is not available.
