Description
Nutanix is hiring a Manager – Professional Services Delivery in Mexico City to lead 10–12 consultants delivering consulting-led transformation and operational managed services. The role owns delivery quality, customer satisfaction, utilization, resource planning, project health, technical governance, cloud migration and architecture, operational service delivery, risk mitigation, customer escalations, and automation. It requires 10–12 years of enterprise infrastructure, virtualization, hybrid cloud, or cloud-native platform experience, 3–5 years of people management experience, and knowledge of VMware or Nutanix technologies, with a hybrid work arrangement requiring onsite work at least three days per week.
