Description
Trace3 is hiring a Manager, Professional Services to lead the Professional Services Smart Hands team and ensure customer satisfaction across professional and deployment services. The role manages technical staff, performance, utilization, projects, budgets, P&L, revenue, contracts, sales initiatives, and key account partnerships, while also supporting pre-sales LOE sizing and scoping. Candidates need at least eight years of managed services or related IT experience, three years of technical staff leadership experience, vendor management expertise, strong communication and analytical skills, an associate's degree or equivalent experience, and ITIL Foundation certification. The estimated base salary is $108,000–$135,000 USD, with medical, dental, vision, retirement, savings, insurance, and other benefits.
