Dotmatics is hiring a Manager, Professional Services, North America to lead technical and scientific Professional Services consultants across North America. The role focuses on Lab Orchestration, laboratory automation, instrument integration, scientific workflows, and complex enterprise SaaS implementations for scientific R&D customers. Responsibilities include team leadership, coaching, recruitment, delivery governance, customer engagement, commercial performance, subcontractor management, and developing scalable, automated service offerings. The position requires significant Professional Services, consulting, or enterprise technology delivery experience combined with people leadership experience, along with knowledge of scientific software, laboratory informatics, or laboratory automation.
