Description
The Manager Assistant will lead the Rolling Stock and Electricity & Maintenance department, prepare work allocations, follow up on activities, provide technical assistance, establish procedures, coordinate with Operations and Technical Services, support new installations and projects, and manage the environmental file. The role requires maintenance planning, technical knowledge, documentation analysis, organization, PC skills, Dutch and English proficiency, staff management, and strong communication. It is a permanent 38-hour daytime contract after a successful interim period, with meal vouchers, group and hospitalization insurance, a mobile phone or laptop, a company car, an expense allowance, a cafeteria plan, and training opportunities.
