Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems is hiring a Manager Program Control 2 in Dayton, Ohio, to lead and supervise a team of cost analysts responsible for Earned Value Management System (EVMS) implementation and analysis, SOX compliance, funding and program financial analysis, audits, and contract deliverables. The role also oversees the Cost Management department, supports proposal preparation and contract negotiations, and serves as the primary interface with program offices, functional leadership, and external audit agencies. The position requires a bachelor’s degree with seven years of finance or business management experience or a master’s degree with five years of experience, EVMS and financial analysis expertise, domestic travel of 10%, and the ability to obtain and maintain a US Government secret clearance. The hybrid schedule offers a primary salary range of $133,200 to $199,800, with potential overtime, shift differential, discretionary bonus, and health insurance benefits.
