Description
The Manager, Program Development will lead the oversight, management, review, and analysis of agency asset, condition, and maintenance data to drive program development activities. They will evaluate and advance proposed capital projects from initiation through implementation, aligning with lifecycle management practices, the MTA strategic plan, and the 5-year capital program. This role involves managing MTA capital programs, ensuring operational efficiency, analyzing and managing program development processes, developing and implementing program and project management strategies, providing updates to leadership, assisting with regulatory reviews, and promoting a safe work environment.
