Blue Engine is hiring a Manager, Program Implementation – Tennessee to provide technical assistance and build capacity across a portfolio of Tennessee local education agencies. The role focuses on diagnosing implementation needs, developing support plans, facilitating professional learning, conducting coaching cycles, monitoring progress, and coordinating logistics for RTI²-A+B implementation. It requires a bachelor’s degree, at least three years of K–12 teaching experience, and at least one year of teacher-coaching experience; experience in special education, multilingual education, and tiered intervention is preferred.
