Description
Starbucks is hiring a Manager, Program Management – Facilities Performance to lead financial oversight, business performance analysis, and cross-functional accountability for Repair & Maintenance and Capital Spend across its North American facilities services organization. The role partners with Finance, Program Management, Supplier Management, regional facilities teams, and other stakeholders to support monthly close, accounting and reporting, variance and spend analysis, forecasting, inventory and parts reconciliation, SOC compliance, governance, and cost optimization. Candidates need extensive project management, business, financial management, forecasting, analytics, and team-mentoring experience, along with proficiency in tools such as SQL, Tableau, Excel, Jira, Smartsheet, and Confluence.
