Description
Starbucks is hiring a Manager, Program Management – Facilities Performance to lead financial oversight, business performance analysis, and cross-functional accountability for Repair & Maintenance and Capital Spend across its North American facilities services organization. The role partners with Finance, Program Management, Supplier Management, regional facilities teams, and other stakeholders to support monthly close, accounting and reporting, variance analysis, forecasting, spend optimization, inventory and parts reconciliation, SOC compliance, governance, and root-cause analysis. Candidates need extensive project management, team leadership, financial management, forecasting, analytics, and reporting experience, along with familiarity with SQL, Tableau, Excel, Jira, Smartsheet, and Confluence.
