Description
The Manager, Program Management Systems & Infrastructure will provide centralized technical assistance for portfolio project setup, metadata governance, data quality, planning standards, and adoption of enterprise Planning and GPT tools. The role partners with Program Managers, Portfolio Leads, Research and Medical, and Systems & Infrastructure colleagues to ensure accurate project data, smooth transitions across the drug development lifecycle, and improved tool usability. It requires a bachelor's degree in science or engineering, at least one year of pharmaceutical research, development, or commercialization experience, and experience with scheduling methodologies and project planning; an advanced degree is a plus. The position is hybrid and pays PLN 162,000–196,318 annually in Warsaw.
