Keep Company is hiring a Manager, Program Operations to own the end-to-end operational delivery and enablement of its people programs. The role manages program cohorts, onboarding, communications, reporting, coach readiness, and scalable workflows, while partnering with program experience, client success, product, and technical teams. It is a hybrid position based in Bethesda, Maryland, with in-person work Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday, and may consider exceptional candidates for remote work. The position offers an $80,000 base salary, equity, medical, dental, vision, retirement, and other benefits.
