Description
The Manager, Programs Communications & Impact serves as an embedded communications partner within the Programs department, developing audience-centered impact stories, case studies, presentations, issue briefs, and other materials that translate complex programmatic, policy, research, and community insights into accessible content. The role coordinates storytelling and communications across Programs, Philanthropy, Marketing & Communications, Public Affairs, and Boston Indicators; prioritizes content requests; maintains editorial consistency; and represents nonprofit partners, community stakeholders, civic leaders, policymakers, and donors. It is a hybrid position requiring three days per week in the office and two days remotely, with a budgeted salary of $77,000 to $85,000.
