Kelso Industries is hiring a Manager, Project Accounting (Construction) to lead project accounting operations across a portfolio of construction businesses serving HVAC, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing projects. The role focuses on WIP reporting, Percentage of Completion accounting, ASC 606 revenue recognition, job costing, AIA and T&M billing, change orders, retainage, accounts receivable, audits, and financial reporting. The position is remote in the United States with minimal quarterly travel throughout the Southeast and requires a bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field plus 7+ years of project or construction accounting experience.
