Description

The Manager, Project Development (Force Account) will administer and manage MTA Bridges & Tunnels Capital Force Account budgets, prepare and submit monthly invoices, resolve reimbursement issues, maintain charge codes and contracts, prepare WAR certificates, and monitor budgets in PSR and IMPACT systems. The role also manages staff, improves Force Account processes, prepares executive reports, and coordinates with MTA planning, delivery, finance, and Bridges & Tunnels stakeholders. It is based at 2 Broadway, offers one day of telework per week, and pays $93,986 to $117,482 annually.

Additional Information

Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree in Urban Planning, Transportation Planning, Public Policy, Public Administration, Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Business, Finance/Economics, or a related field
Required Previous Experiences: At least six years of experience in transportation, urban planning, budgeting/finance, administration, project management, or a related field
Preferred Qualifications: Master's degree
