Description
Sanimax is hiring a Manager of Project Engineering to lead and own capital projects at its South St. Paul facility, from planning and budgeting through execution and commissioning. The role coordinates resources and stakeholders, monitors progress and risks, champions safety and sustainability, drives continuous improvement, and mentors junior team members. Candidates should have 5 to 7 years of industrial or manufacturing project management experience, knowledge of AutoCAD and engineering design tools, and experience with engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning. The position offers a base salary of $90,000 to $125,000, an annual bonus of up to 15% of base salary, a quarterly bonus, and medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and a 401(k) matching program.
