The role covers project documentation, stakeholder and requirements management, risk and issue tracking, testing and UAT coordination, implementation readiness, training and knowledge transfer, benefits tracking, governance reporting, and project closure. Required capabilities include business analysis, process mapping, stakeholder engagement, requirements documentation, testing coordination, and implementation governance; Salesforce, CW1, and DOMO experience is an added advantage.
