Capital One is hiring a Manager, Project Manager to lead moderate-to-large complex projects and programs, develop project plans, manage stakeholder relationships, mitigate risk, and coach project teams. The role requires a bachelor’s degree or military experience, at least seven years of project management experience, and at least one year of people management experience. Preferred qualifications include a master’s degree, additional project management and people management experience, and PMP, Lean, Agile, or Six Sigma certification. The position is available in McLean, Virginia; Riverwoods, Illinois; and Houston, Texas, with full-time annual salaries ranging from $138,100 to $173,400 depending on location, plus potential performance-based incentives.
