Description
Worley is hiring a Project Procurement Manager to lead procurement strategy and execution across projects, supervise subcontract administrators, buyers, expediters, field material staff, and materials management systems staff, and prepare subcontractors and purchase orders. The role manages budgets, procurement plans, risks, customer relationships, reporting, proposals, compliance, training, and organizational change, while coordinating with engineering, planning, project controls, construction, and quality management. Candidates need a relevant university degree or equivalent experience, at least 10 years of EP/EPC/EPCM industry experience, progressive leadership experience, and the ability to supervise procurement specialists.
