Description
The role serves as an internal project-controlling expert, using tools such as ALASCO, finance tools, liquidity planning, and profitability calculations. It coordinates project development, construction project management, costing and procurement, finance, and accounting; conducts planned-versus-actual analyses, regular project-control meetings, reports, ad-hoc analyses, and business-plan work; and develops internal controlling processes and tools. The position requires a business-related qualification, project or corporate-controlling experience, strong analytical and numerical skills, MS Office proficiency, and willingness to work flexibly and remotely.
