Description
Manager, Property Management at Ross Stores, Inc. is responsible for overseeing third-party lease auditors, annual expense reconciliations, co-tenancy validations, and compliance work for company-owned, leased, and subleased retail properties. The role partners with internal teams and landlords to resolve lease audit issues, supports SEC and SOX-related expense approval and ledger adjustments, establishes claim thresholds, and improves lease audit processes and data management. It is a full-time position based in California with remote work available anywhere in the United States.
