American Tower is hiring a Manager, Property Payment Operations to lead property management professionals responsible for landlord payment activities, inquiry resolution, data quality, process documentation, performance monitoring, issue escalation, vendor-supported execution, and standardized operational processes. The role partners with Property Management, Finance, Global Business Services, and Real Estate Management teams, supports Salesforce workflow transitions, and manages talent selection, performance management, and workforce planning. It requires a bachelor’s degree, at least eight years of relevant property management or shared services experience, including at least three years in people management, and approximately 15% travel.
