WSP is hiring a Pursuit Leader for its Earth & Environment business line in the Federal Sector. The role leads and supports complex federal proposals and pursuit activities from strategy and capture planning through contract award, including proposal development, compliance, team coordination, client and competitor intelligence, presentation coaching, debriefs, and post-procurement improvement. It also manages federal-sector knowledge, marketing communications, cross-selling opportunities, and sales-process development. The position may be based in any U.S. city where WSP has an office, with preferred locations in Nashville, Atlanta, San Diego, or Raleigh, and requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent A/E/C experience, at least seven years of experience leading large competitive federal proposals, and SF330 proposal experience.
