Description
The Proposal Manager leads and coordinates customer RFQ development, quotation preparation, resource allocation, project tracking, and final submission, while providing leadership and development to the Proposals team. The role collaborates with Business Development, Estimating, Engineering, Operations, Quality, and Program Management; supports project handoffs and continuous improvement; and manages a team of employees. It requires a bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering discipline or an associate degree with equivalent experience, at least 10 years of relevant experience, supervisory experience, and familiarity with automotive tooling, manufacturing automation, CAD platforms, and Microsoft Office. The position is full-time, primarily based in a manufacturing-site office, with occasional travel to customer and local company locations.
