Description
Insitu is hiring a Manager, Propulsion to lead the full lifecycle of propulsion products, including new engine concept development, productization, sustainment, production, supply-chain support, and fleet operations. The role manages propulsion engineers, project managers, technicians, R&D labs, engineering analysis tools, requirements, and technical projects, while collaborating with product managers, principal engineers, and internal and external customers. The position requires a bachelor’s degree, typically 6+ years of relevant experience, and is on-site or hybrid with at least three days per week in the office; relocation assistance is available.
