AIPAC is hiring a Manager of Prospect Research for its Washington, D.C. office to lead donor prospect research operations, pipeline tracking, CRM and engagement-platform management, wealth and political research, predictive modeling, reporting, and prospect prioritization. The role collaborates with development staff and regional managers, trains research users, and requires at least four years of prospect research or related experience, analytical and project-management skills, and familiarity with AI. The position offers a hybrid schedule with three office days and two remote days, and a base salary of $80,000 to $125,000.
