Description

The Providers Efficiency Manager will optimize provider operations and workflows for a health insurance client, including benchmarking, compensation modeling, Medicare Advantage and CMS analysis, performance measurement, cost containment, system and Relisc Reporting improvements, Power BI reporting, and cross-functional collaboration. The role supervises personnel and requires a bachelor's degree, at least five years of relevant experience including two years supervising similar work, Excel or Power BI knowledge, cross-functional leadership, presentation experience, and bilingual Spanish/English proficiency. Compensation starts at $65,000 annually plus benefits.

Additional Information
