Description
The Senior Director of Quality Assurance leads the Bioindustry Quality System and audit and supplier quality functions across a global network of sites and suppliers. The role oversees regulatory and internal audits, inspection readiness, corrective actions, risk-based quality decisions, supplier qualification and risk management, quality agreements, and cross-functional improvement projects. It also manages audit and supplier quality teams and supports GMP manufacturing, regulatory submissions, and enterprise-wide quality strategy. The position requires a bachelor's degree in life sciences, engineering, or a related technical field, at least 8 years of relevant experience, and 3+ years of leadership experience; the stated hiring range is $110,026–$129,413 per year, with health, vision, dental, and 401(k) benefits.
