Arc is hiring a full-time, on-site Manager, Quality at its Los Angeles headquarters to own quality across products, factory, and supply base for its marine electrification business. The role will build and manage the Quality Management System, lead quality engineers and inspectors, define quality metrics, drive root-cause and corrective actions, establish inspection and supplier-quality processes, and support future customer, regulatory, commercial, and defense requirements.
