Molex is hiring a Quality Manager in Pampanga, Philippines, to lead quality systems, continuous improvement, customer quality representation, audits, corrective and preventive actions, and quality-related health, safety, and environmental activities across its facilities. Reporting to the Senior Quality Manager, the role manages Quality Engineers, Quality Supervisors, and the Assistant Quality Manager and requires a bachelor’s degree, at least five years of manufacturing quality leadership experience, and expertise in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, APQP, and related quality methodologies.
